The Nigeria–Türkiye Business Council (NTBC), in close coordination with the Turkish Exporters Assembly (TİM) and the Turkish Ministry of Trade, successfully hosted a landmark B2B Delegation Event in Lagos on Tuesday, August 5, 2025. This high-level gathering brought together leading Turkish exporters and Nigerian business stakeholders across key economic sectors to explore trade and investment opportunities, foster new partnerships, and deepen bilateral relations.

The Lagos 2025 event provided a dynamic platform for direct business-to-business matchmaking, allowing participating companies to engage in targeted discussions and explore collaboration across sectors that are vital to both nations’ economies. Key sectors represented at the event included manufacturing, agriculture and animal products, petrochemicals, beauty and cosmetics, construction, automotive, furniture, electronics, machinery, and maritime and environment.

With Nigeria’s growing demand for innovation, machinery, and industrial inputs, and Türkiye’s strength in manufacturing and export expertise, the event served as a bridge to new economic possibilities.
