Connect to the United States and South America through Cape Verde.

Cape Verde Airlines is the only airline operating direct flights from Lagos to Cape Verde.

Connecting to United States and South America and Europe is now easier through the Sal-Lagos route which is operational five times a week, on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays, Saturdays and Sundays, with a Boeing 757, with 161 economy class seats and 22 executive class seats from Cabo Verde Airlines.

Cabo Verde Airline, the national carrier of the Cape Verde Islands, commenced direct flights from Lagos, Nigeria to Cape Verde last year December, though the West African Island is still relatively unknown to many Nigerians, this is set to change with the launch of a direct flight from lagos to Cape Verde.

Cape Verde is a visa-free destination but had previously proven difficult for Nigerians to fly too. A four-hour distance from Lagos, flight times before the entrant of the Cabo Verde Airline, could be as long as 20+ hours.

In addition to its hubconection in Sal, Cape Verde, Cabo Verde Airlines’ Stopover program allows travellers to stay up to 7 days in Cabo Verde and thus explore the diverse experiences on the archipelago at no additional cost on airline tickets.
